WGTX CASH CONTEST RULES

1. Eligibility: Eligibility for the WGTX CAPE COD’s X Cash Promotion (the “Promotion”), like all WGTX contests, is set forth in the WGTX General Contest Rules below. 

2. How to Enter: Contestants may participate in the promotion by listening to WGTX and calling the station’s studio number as the 14^th caller when announced on air that the station is accepting callers for the Promotion. Those listening to the WGTX online stream may be at a disadvantage as the online stream may be delayed compared to the over-the-air broadcast. The 14th caller (the “Contestant”), if eligible, is guaranteed to win between $50 and $250 and will have the possibility of winning the $5,000 Grand Prize. Once the Contestant is on the air with the announcer, the station will use a computerized random number generator program that will determine whether the Contestant has won a minimum of $50, $100, or $250. Limit: Each participant may enter the promotion one time during the Promotion Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different names, contact information or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. 

3. ALL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION. A CONTESTANT WILL NOT BE AWARDED ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL THE CONTESTANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND THE CONTESTANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. THE SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREENSHOTS IN LIEU OF THEIR VERIFICATION.
