Cape Abilities

The mission of Cape Abilities is to support individuals with disabilities on Cape Cod by educating, counseling, and providing residential, therapeutic, social, and employment support that empowers individuals to achieve meaningful and valued roles in the community. Cape Abilities maintains a safe and inclusive culture. A diversity of lived experiences and perspectives is key to the success of the Cape Abilities mission. We maintain an openness to learn from and appreciate each person’s unique viewpoint in our organization. We nurture cultural curiosity and respect. We critically examine and revise historical practices, engage in educational opportunities to advance and progress our organization, and adopt practices that ensure a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment.
